  I sent an engagement ring to be resized, that I bought from them. Was told 10 days. Its now 3 weeks down the line and the ring is still not here. The ring was apparently resized, but during resizing they removed the Hallmark. It was then sent to Birmingham to be "re-hallmarked" and was dispatched on Friday. Its now Tuesday and after several phone calls I have been told it could come tomorrow, or the day after. If this really has been dispatched, the person bringing the ring to the store must be walking, very slowly. At not one point have they called us to apologise or even notify us of the delay. Companies like these are the reason banks keep their pens on chains. Jokers.
