  I’ve had to give 1 star but really should be minus, for all those good reviews which are due to your fire not breaking down while in warranty, there is 100’s of bad reviews, my parents are in there 80’s and have had no fire for 1 full week now, sat with covers on them to keep warm, there fire is 10 months old and the manager can’t be bothered to answer any questions or criticism, told me too call customer service on Monday, the manager also says he doesn’t have records of any customers or fires bought from his shop, only customer service have them, I will be taking this further, but putting this review on to stop people from falling into same trap. They will be very nice and polite in shop, but once your money has been payed then that’s when the niceness then stops.
